The beautiful mountain Mt Taranaki in NZ, my birthplace on the wild, wet and windy west coast of the North Island of NZ.
All my life as early as I can remember I was searching for “something”. I travelled to India in 1981 and there found my remarkable spiritual Master Osho, mystic and friend to seekers. I am eternally grateful to be blessed with this connection which began back in 1981. My spiritual life and the practice of loving awareness is the foundation of my life and work.

My interest in holistic healing began with learning massage in 1994. A way to share with people in silence and deep connection through touch.

Then Australian Bush Flower Essences answered a longing to find a healing modality that was accessible for all. And to work with flowers and nature in the process – how wonderful!

When a relationship of 19 years ended, I needed to do some more healing of my emotional and physical health issues. I found Kinesiology and had some wonderful sessions for myself. I just had to study it!
I studied with Parijat Wismer at Byron Kinesiology College and eventually taught there as well.
I learnt about muscle feedback and how it plays into the neurology and energy systems of the body and how powerfully this can shift stuck and blocked areas of our lives.

Kinesiology turned my health and my life as well. My digestion and hormonal system needed major overhaul, I needed to heal trauma and stress from my childhood and work on my confidence and self-esteem to become a practitioner and teacher. My personal journey with Kinesiology shows me its power works to create a holistic balanced life. If I was expending too much energy in one area, e.g. too much work, then I would be shown that I needed more play and time in nature.

If you are looking for holistic insight and understanding of some aspect of your life that is not flowing as well as you would like, and a healing modality that is also safe, gentle and effective yet profound – Kinesiology could be for you.
